These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and home maintenance booking services within the United Arab Emirates. By accessing our platform or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Business Identity & Licensing

Dial Dad operates as a home maintenance and repair service provider within the UAE. Our services comply with the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and relevant local Department of Economic Development (DED) regulations.

2. Service Requests and Quotations

Custom Quotes: We do not display fixed retail pricing on our website, as every home maintenance task is evaluated individually. Following your request, we provide a transparent, customized quotation detailing the scope of work.

Agreement: Work will only commence once you have reviewed and approved the provided quotation. Any applicable local taxes (such as VAT) will be clearly itemized on your final quote and invoice in compliance with UAE tax regulations.

3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Bookings: Service requests can be submitted via our website or direct contact channels. A booking is officially confirmed only after you review and approve our custom quote and receive a formal scheduling confirmation from Dial Dad.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your service booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a standard call-out cancellation fee.

Access: Customers must ensure safe and unrestricted access to the property at the scheduled time for our technicians. For the safety of our professionals as well as the animals, all pets (even if friendly or non-aggressive) must be securely kept in a separate room or enclosed space during the duration of the service visit.

4. Warranties and Liability

In accordance with UAE consumer protection laws, Dial Dad stands by the quality of our workmanship. We offer a service warranty on repairs for a specified period as communicated at the time of service completion. We are fully insured for damages directly caused by the proven negligence of our technicians during the execution of agreed tasks.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
